This is a friendly, efficient practice with highly skilled and knowledgeable GPs and nurses. They also have professional administrative support. They are good at keeping abreast of the changing NHS landscape and are very good at patient engagement. It is always possible to get an appointment on the day you need one, providing you call at 8am. The introduction of the online appointment booking system has made it easier to book advanced appointments. In an emergency, the duty doctor is available to discuss relevant issues. My only suggestion would be to consider extended hours during the week, should staffing allow this. As a healthcare professional myself, I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to other people.
